Prefix and suffix can be modded at will - what would you suggest, BTW? +5 energy makes it look like a caster weapon, which beats the edge of having req 8 only. But in HM, base damage of daggers is so low that I myself use +5 energy daggers while vanquishing with my D/A.

30-40k imo. I got some for 50k a while ago, but I didn't look too hard and wanted them fast. (+5E is my favorite dagger inherent, btw). Also, don't bother modding them. Modding never increases the value of the weapon by more than the value of the mods, so you'll break even at best. Plus, dagger mods are so cheap, most people can afford to put whatever they want on the daggers.
